Get involved in a major greenfield pharmaceutical investment and help build the automation infrastructure of a next-generation manufacturing facility from the ground up. A global pharmaceutical leader is expanding its engineering capabilities and seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to play a central role in delivering a highly automated, state-of-the-art production environment.
This is a chance to get in early on a significant engineering programme, taking ownership of the integration between Emerson DeltaV and ABB 800xA across the facility. You'll be working with two major industrial automation platforms, tackling complex integration challenges and helping establish the control systems that will underpin future manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
- Drive integration between Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA and plant-wide equipment interfaces across the facility.
- Lead system integration testing, commissioning and validation activities as the facility progresses towards manufacturing readiness.
- Resolve complex cross-platform connectivity challenges and establish reliable, fully integrated control systems.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA or comparable distributed control systems (DCS).
- Experience delivering automation integration, commissioning or control systems engineering within complex manufacturing environments.
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences or other regulated-industry experience is highly advantageous.
