What About the Salary?
We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.
- Average performers earn around €36k in their first year (base + commission)
- By year two, earnings typically rise to €52k
- Senior Consultants and top performers are achieving €80k+ annually on their 2nd year
Who Are You?
- You have 1 – 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
- You’re ready to relocate to Malta and start an exciting international career.
- You’re motivated by clear targets and enjoy the satisfaction of hitting - and exceeding - your goals.
- You love interacting with people and building relationships over the phone.
- You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or citizenship, ready to embrace this new adventure.
