Key Responsibilities Support the Social Care Manager in daily operational management including:Staff rosteringMonitoring center budgetsCompleting daily/weekly compliance checklistsSupport the Centre Manager with audits, incident reviews, and quality‑improvement initiatives.Ensure full compliance with HIQA/MHC standards, safeguarding policies, and legislative requirements.Lead, supervise, coach, and support care and administrative staff.Oversee personalised support plans to ensure individual needs, rights, and choices are central to care delivery.Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, advocates, MDT members, and external agencies.Maintain high standards in safety, health, infection control, and GDPR and data management.Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
