Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician - Auto Boland LtdLocation: Waterford, Ireland Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (DOE) About The Role Auto Boland Ltd, a leading multi-franchise motor dealership group based in Waterford, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their finance career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and payments accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with finance-related administrative duties and ad hoc projects
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role is desirable
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop professionally
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-focused approach
