The Role As a Volvo Sales Executive, you will deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales across the Volvo range, including hybrid and fully electric models. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through every stage of the purchasing journey - from initial enquiry and vehicle demonstration to finance options and final handover - ensuring a seamless and personalised experience throughout. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in line with Volvo brand standards
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
- Conduct engaging and informative presentations and test drives across the Volvo range
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange opportunities
- Advise customers on finance, insurance, service plans, and additional products
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation efficiently
- Ensure showroom presentation and online vehicle displays reflect the premium Volvo brand image
- Stay informed on Volvo product knowledge, electric vehicle technology, and market trends
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)
- Passion for premium customer service and relationship building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
- Confident, professional, and target-driven mindset
- Interest in automotive innovation, electric vehicles, and sustainable mobility
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
- On-target earnings of €50,000 - €70,000+ depending on performance
