Digital Marketing Executive

Baker Finn Recruitment is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive for an established Irish manufacturing group with products exported to 60+ countries worldwide.
This is a hands-on role managing digital marketing activity across two brands, covering social media, content creation, SEO, email marketing, paid campaigns and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Produce engaging copy, graphics, photography and short-form video.
- Capture original content at farms, stables, trials, customer sites and trade events.
- Manage website content, SEO and email marketing campaigns.
- Run paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- Monitor digital performance, engagement and ROI.
- Support international campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Work with Regulatory teams to ensure content meets relevant requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years’ digital marketing experience.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with Canva/Adobe, CMS platforms, Google Analytics and social scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Creative, organised and commercially minded.
- Interest in health, wellness, nutrition or a related sector is advantageous.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
