Lean Specialist

Lean Practitioner

We are seeking a Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You’ll play a key role in boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing safety through Lean tools and methodologies.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
• Eliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principles
• Coach and train teams in problem-solving and Lean practices
• Partner with operations to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIs
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all levels

What we’re looking for:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• Proven manufacturing experience with strong Lean implementation background
• Lean Practitioner qualification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in Lean tools (6S, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication abilities
