They are hiring a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in both architecture and technical leadership to join their GenAI team. This company is actively growing its capabilities and deploying GenAI-driven solutions that are shaping the future of their products.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Architect and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions while taking on a technical leadership role.
• Oversee multiple projects across teams, including data science, product, and security.
• Drive the AI roadmap and set cloud and DevOps best practices, ensuring AI systems are secure, cost-effective, and maintainable.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Seasoned software engineer (10+ years) with architectural and technical leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions, deployed in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in resilience, scalability, and reliability, making key architectural decisions for scalable, production-ready systems.
• Technical skills: Python, Azure Cloud, Azure AI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security/auth frameworks, Terraform, Git.
