Project Manager - Product Launch and Commercialisation (Pharma)

Barden have been retained on a unique opportunity for a Product Launch Lead with a high-growth pharmaceutical business that is shaping the future of healthcare. This organisation is expanding its operations in Europe having established themselves as a leader in the US Market. This is a rare opportunity to join a Cork headquartered start-up with huge ambition at the very start of their journey in Ireland.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will drive the introduction of new drug products to the EU and UK markets from regulatory submission through to commercialisation. They will design and implement systems, processes, and ways of working that will set the team up for success and enable the business to scale effectively.

• Leading product launches and managing end-to-end project plans
• Driving pre-submission readiness and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Building strong relationships across Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
• Identifying risks early, solving problems quickly, and keeping mission critical projects on track

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical product launches
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders
