We’re working with a leading construction and engineering business that is entering an exciting phase of growth and international expansion. They’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team and play a key role in shaping people strategy and supporting leaders across the organisation.
About the Role:
- Lead and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Advise on employee relations, absence management, and workplace conduct to ensure consistent, fair, and compliant practices.
- Use HR metrics and insight to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements across the business.
- Partner with senior leaders and site managers to deliver high-performing, engaged teams.
- Provide expert, practical advice on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
- Be a visible and trusted HR presence across the business.
About You:
- Experienced HR Business Partner (5+ years)
- Confident advising senior leaders and managing complex people matters.
- Commercially minded, practical, and solutions-focused.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Enjoys operating close to the business and making a tangible impact.
