Senior IAM Engineer - Okta

Barden is delighted to partner with a global, high impact organisation in their search for a Senior IAM Engineer, focused on Okta.

This is a hands on, senior role where you’ll take ownership of identity and access management platforms, lead complex IAM initiatives, and act as a trusted technical expert for Okta and related technologies.

About the Role:

• Own and optimise Okta platforms.
• Lead authentication modernisation and IAM integrations.
• Design SSO, MFA, OAuth2/OIDC solutions.
• Collaborate across security and engineering teams.

About the Person:

• Strong hands on Okta experience.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC.
• Scripting/automation skills (Terraform, Python, PowerShell).
• Ability to work independently and influence technical direction.
