Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cork for a Personal Trainer. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness programs, conducting small group training sessions, and providing sports and nutrition coaching. Daily tasks include assessing clients' fitness levels, creating tailored workout plans, conducting PT Sessions, monitoring progress, and offering advice on nutrition and lifestyle. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their personal fitness goals, ensuring safety and effectiveness in all activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
• Experience with Sports Coaching
• Knowledge of Nutrition and the ability to provide dietary advice
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Certification in relevant fitness training programs
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
