A growing civil engineering contractor delivering key infrastructure and utilities projects across Ireland. With a strong presence in water and wastewater works and a healthy pipeline of secured projects, the business continues to expand its operations across the Southeast and Midlands.

The Role

A senior operational role overseeing the delivery of multiple water and utilities projects, ensuring performance across programme, quality, safety, and cost.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and technical specifications
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and overall project performance
• Lead site teams and support recruitment, training, and development
• Act as key point of contact for clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Drive programme delivery across a high-volume portfolio of works

The Person

• Background in water, wastewater, or utilities infrastructure projects
• Open to candidates from Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar roles
• Strong leadership and multi-project delivery experience
• Good commercial awareness and ability to manage performance across projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
