Company Description Bowe Dental is a growing dental provider operating modern clinics in Roxboro and Foynes in Limerick, as well as Nenagh in County Tipperary. The clinics offer a wide range of general and specialist dental services to a diverse patient base in both urban and regional communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Cork. The Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including routine checkups, restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, and preventive dentistry. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. The role involves working closely with dental nurses and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant clinical operations. The Dentist will maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to regulatory and infection control standards, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Recognized dental degree and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the relevant dental regulatory body.
- Proven experience in general dentistry, including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, with the ability to communicate options clearly to patients.
- Commitment to high clinical standards, patient safety, and strict infection prevention and control protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered and inclusive approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and in a busy clinical environment.
- Strong organizational skills, accurate record-keeping, and familiarity with digital dental systems and radiography.
- Willingness to engage in continuing professional development and stay current with advances in dental practice.
- Experience in areas such as endodontics, prosthodontics, or cosmetic dentistry is an advantage but not required.
