Document Controller

Our client, a Tier 1 contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to gain experience on a high-profile residential construction project and thrive in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project stakeholders.
• Track and control document flow (incoming/outgoing) to and from clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site staff to ensure efficient document management.
• Assist in preparing reports, compiling records, and supporting compliance requirements.
• Use document control software such as Procore to manage files and workflows (training can be provided if needed).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Document Controller role, preferably from Construction or related sectors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with document management systems or platforms (Procore experience is strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
