Distribution Planner

Our Dublin-based Worldwide Logistic And Supply Chain Centre Employs Close To 200 People, And We Are Seeking a Distribution Planner Jewels & Watches As Distribution Planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the distribution of Bulgari products. You will be responsible for developing and executing the distribution strategy and closely monitoring performance to maximize revenue and meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels. Job responsibilities What to expect from the role?

• Determine and manage allocation across different sales channels, balancing revenue maximization with inventory control, profitability and client’s service level, minimizing stockouts and backorders.
• Continuously analyse cross channel sales performances, tailoring execution decision effectively, using flexibility, agility and critical thinking to better manage unforeseen changes and unexpected situation to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Planner, Inventory Planner and Merchandising teams to understand incoming volume from production, possible criticality and misalignment between markets demand and supply available.
• Develop accurate revenue estimation for Business Partner channel and closely monitor actual performance against those projections.
• Understanding of financial processes and ability to communicate financial information effectively.
• Prepare regular reports/KPI on revenue, distribution, service level, coverage, and other supply chain metrics to support visibility to Local and Central teams.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards, strong attitude for data visualization and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Profile What we expect from you?

• University degree required; focus on Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in planning (supply, manufacturing, inventory, or demand planning) is required.
• Experience working in an SAP environment; proficiency in Anaplan and Power BI is a distinct advantage. Demonstrates a strong willingness to explore, learn, and strategically adopt new technologies and digital solutions.
• Effective multi-stakeholder management; cultivate strong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders for strategic alignment and seamless information flow, such as Supply Chain, Merchandising and Marketing team.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking; use strong logic and analysis to break down complex problems, identifying root causes and evaluating perspectives.
• Challenge the Status Quo; proactively questions current methods, identifies better ways, proposing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
• Fluent in English.
