Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Limerick for a Clinical Nurse Manager. The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care for residents. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting quality improvement programs. The role also involves staff mentoring, performance management, and collaborating with other departments as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and support nursing staff
• Expertise in patient care, care planning, and clinical decision-making
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient-centered care
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with active registration and a minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Knowledge and experience in geriatric or hospice care is highly desirable
• Advanced education in healthcare management or leadership is a plus
