Investment Funds Accountant

Our client, A global Investment Management Firm with a strong presence in Dublin are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their team with a focus on Private markets & Hedge Funds. The desired candidate will have end to end NAV knowledge and a keen interest in the funds industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing investor cash flow activities, including capital calls and distributions
• Monitoring daily cash movements, including wire setup and cash forecasts
• Reviewing management and performance fee calculations
• Assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS
• Supporting performance reporting and the annual financial audit
• Evaluating partner allocations and capital account reports
• Aiding the investment team during transaction closures and information requests
• Interpreting partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Analysing distribution structures and carried interest
• Assisting the tax department

Job requirements:

• Qualified accountant ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• End to end NAV understanding
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic setting
