New Business Sales Executive

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious New Business Sales Executive to join our Personal Lines team. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys a sales-driven environment and wants to build a successful, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue motor, home, and van insurance quotations (inbound & outbound)
• Convert quotations into new business sales
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Cross-sell and generate referrals across Life, Pensions, and Health products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and quotation targets
• Complete all related administration accurately

Qualifications

• CIP, APA Personal General Insurance qualification, or grandfathered status

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong product knowledge across Personal Lines insurance
• Knowledge of competitor products and pricing
• RELAY system experience an advantage
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Customer retention and relationship management skills

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage
• Proven sales focus and ambition to progress in a sales career
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
