Wexford Car Centre, home to leading brands NISSAN & KIA, is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our fast-paced and supportive sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for cars, great communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in sales. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with showroom visitors, online enquiries, and phone calls
• Assist customers in identifying suitable vehicle options based on their needs
• Coordinate and prepare vehicles for test drives and customer viewings
• Maintain showroom and vehicle display standards
• Actively promote new and pre-owned NISSAN & KIA vehicles
• Learn and apply the companys sales process
• Assist in generating leads and creating engaging social media content
• Take part in product training and development workshops

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in the motor industry and car sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, eager to learn, and driven by success
• Professional, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
• Confidence using social media and digital platforms
• A full, clean drivers licence is essential
• Previous sales or retail experience is a bonus, but not required
