The Role:
* Drive sales of intralogistics and automation solutions including warehouse equipment, AGVs, AMRs, VNA systems, and ASRS technologies.
* Build and convert a strong pipeline across major industrial hubs across the region.
* Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions.
* Deliver tailored technical solutions, proposals, and presentations to clients and engineering consultancies.
* Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
* Manage all activity through CRM systems, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
* Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in technical sales preferably within intralogistics, automation, materials handling, or a related engineering sector.
* Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers across multiple functions
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and solution-selling capability
* Self-starter with the drive to build and grow a regional territory
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
