Our client is a well-established construction services company, specialising in data centers across Europe. They are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account.

• Manage client and subcontractor relationships to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Lead contract negotiations, risk assessments, and change management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.

• Support project teams in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure successful project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management, ideally within data center

or interior fit-out projects.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects across fast-paced environments.

• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
