Tax Consultant – Wexford (Hybrid/ Remote Option Available)

A well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Wexford, with a client base of over 2,000 businesses and individuals, is seeking to appoint a dedicated Tax Consultant to join its growing team on a full-time basis.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an in-house tax advisory function within a successful, relationship-driven firm that prides itself on client service and long-term partnerships.

The Role

The successful candidate will focus primarily on advisory and consultancy assignments, including:

• Succession planning
• Buying and selling of businesses
• Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
• Business valuations
• Broader tax consultancy projects across owner-managed and SME clients

The firm currently engages an external tax consultant for this work but is now looking to bring this expertise in-house, creating a genuine opportunity for the right individual to develop and lead the tax advisory offering internally.
