Clover Hill Food Ingredients is a growing and ambitious 100% Irish-owned food ingredients company specialising in the bakery industry. Based in Millstreet, Co. Cork, we import premium ingredients from leading global producers and blend our own products locally.

We supply major retailers, commercial bakeries, cafés, dessert producers and artisan bakeries with a growing customer base across the island of Ireland. Our reputation is built on high-quality products, competitive pricing, and a technical team that assists our customers with everything from new ideas to operational efficiency improvements.

The Role:This is a field-based, commercially focused sales role with responsibility for both account management and business development. Sales experience is advantageous.

• Manage and grow existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling, highlighting Clover Hill’s unique strengths.
• Identify and develop new, commercially viable businesses in your area.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with our customers’ teams, managers and business owners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending products and solutions that meet the customers’ financial/ NPD/ creative and quality requirements.
• Stay informed on new products, ingredients and market trends.
• Manage and coordinate our technical bakers' diaries to ensure exceptional in-store and on-site customer support.
