We are supporting our client in Athenry, Galway as they expand. They are looking to hire a Project Manager within operations to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Project Manager – EPMO Operations is responsible for leading and coordinating operational, digital and business projects across the global organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Act as the primary liaison between the EPMO and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Develop and maintain project templates, SOPs and work instructions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Gather, analyse and report project data to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and governance standards.
• Become a key user of project management tools and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required
• Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
• Proven success delivering projects across technology, marketing, sales and operations.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• PMP/PMI certification or equivalent.
