Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join a dynamic, globally focused finance team. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting international entities, and contributing to audit and operational initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close processes for international entities, including full management reporting packs (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting analysis)
- Review and oversee key accounting activities such as bank, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budget reviews and variance analysis for key stakeholders
- Support cash flow management through review of short-term forecasts and liquidity reporting
- Manage payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local tax and VAT requirements, coordinating filings within statutory timelines
- Assist with credit control and working capital management activities
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
- Partner with tax advisors on quarterly provisions and other compliance requirements
- Collaborate with wider business functions (e.g. operations, sales, marketing) to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ongoing finance transformation projects
Candidate Profile
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA), ideally with training in a Big 4 or Top 10 firm
- Post-qualification experience within a fast-paced or multinational environment preferred
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in working with stakeholders across different regions
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment is advantageous
