Senior Business Development Executive – Managed Print ServicesLocation: Limerick, Ireland (yes, actual face‑to‑face humans still exist)

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Development Executive who knows their way around the world of Managed Print Services and can talk cost‑per‑page without people’s eyes glazing over.

If you have 5+ years’ experience in the managed print / document solutions industry, a proven ability to win business fairly (no smoke, mirrors, or “trust me” maths), and you genuinely enjoy delivering a top‑class client experience, then this might be your next chapter.

This is a senior role for someone who understands that printers have personalities, contracts matter, and long-term relationships beat quick wins every time.

What You’ll Be Doing (Between Coffee Refills)

  • Winning new MPS business through a consultative, grown‑up sales approach
  • Conducting print assessments without causing client panic
  • Designing sensible, cost‑effective Managed Print solutions that actually make life easier
  • Building long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and good service
  • Explaining MPS benefits clearly — without buzzwords, jargon, or interpretive dance
  • Preparing proposals, tenders, and pricing that stand up to procurement scrutiny
  • Working closely with service and technical teams so promises made are promises kept
  • Keeping CRM notes detailed enough that Future You doesn’t curse Past You
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for the business (no clichés, no cowboy selling)

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Managed Print Services or print solutions sales
  • A solid track record of winning and retaining profitable MPS clients
  • A strong understanding of fleet optimisation, service contracts, and recurring revenue models
  • Ethical sales mindset — fair deals, clear terms, no surprises
  • Excellent communication skills (especially when explaining why page counts matter)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full sales pipeline
  • Full, clean Irish driving licence (you’ll need it for that company vehicle)
