Job Title: Cleanroom TechnicianRole Overview: The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for the accurate assembly of WM Architect™ components in a highly controlled cleanroom setting. This position plays a critical role in upholding the highest standards of product quality, cleanliness, and contamination prevention. The technician must follow strict protocols and detailed procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products according to detailed instructions and technical specifications.
  • Consistently meet production output targets.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain cleanroom equipment efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections to verify component quality and specification compliance.
  • Strictly follow cleanroom procedures, including proper gowning and contamination control practices.
  • Record production data accurately and complete all relevant documentation.
  • Identify, document, and escalate any product defects or irregularities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free work environment.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to resolve any assembly or quality issues.
  • Support overall production activities and operational requirements as needed.
  • Participate in general facility cleaning and upkeep.
  • Pack completed products for shipment in accordance with standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including goods receiving and dispatch.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and continuous process enhancements.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support team and company objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience with manual assembly techniques.
  • Previous experience working in a cleanroom or similar controlled environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts and components.
  • Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
