Client Order Manager

Our client, an award winning and rapidly growing Irish company, based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary are now looking to further expand & have exclusively engaged with Cpl to hire an experienced Client OrderManager to join the team**.** Their client list includes some of the world's most high-profile organisations. The Job: As a key part of the client-focused team, you will primarily work closely with Account Managers and be responsible for managing the placement of client orders/projects through to the end delivery of products to client sites. You will also negotiate with suppliers, resolve pricing & product queries, organise logistics, analyse inventory, report on order/project status & engage with the client regularly to ensure satisfaction with the process. Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 2-3+ years’ experience in a client-focused order management role
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with corporate clients at all levels of seniority
• Proven ability to self-manage & take ownership of projects
• Be process-driven and have a good understanding of using systems effectively to drive efficiency and visibility across projects
• Prioritise high-impact tasks, particularly during peak trading periods
• Plan proactively to prevent bottlenecks and last-minute issues

The Offer: The is a full-time permanent role with competitive salary of up to €35K per annum depending on the candidates experience & qualifications. Hybrid role based on three days per week in the company’s office in Nenagh and two days’ work from home.
