8‑Month fixed-term Contract (Possible Extension)Salary: €45,000–€55,000Location: Dublin CPL is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company to hire a Marketing & Brand Activation Executive for an initial 8‑month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands‑on marketer to play a key role in driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and activation campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and execution across social, influencer, sampling, and retail media
• Develop engaging, locally relevant content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Own and manage the social media content calendar, adapting activity based on performance
• Build and manage online brand communities using the correct tone of voice
• Source and manage influencer, brand, and PR partnerships from concept to execution
• Own the sampling strategy, including budgets, metrics, and partner relationships
• Partner with field marketing teams to deliver activations and capture insights
• Track and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
• Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure targets are met

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years+ experience in a marketing role with strong exposure to social media marketing
• Hands‑on experience in content creation, paid media planning, and community management
• Proven experience working with influencers and brand partnerships
• Exposure to field, trade, or experiential marketing is highly beneficial
• A proactive self-starter with strong problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
• Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
