Your Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, data modeling, and database development, with strong exposure to PL/SQL and data integration concepts.
- Hands-on experience with data API design, data warehousing, data profiling, and enterprise data modeling.
- Experience using data modeling tools such as SAP PowerDesigner or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of the full database development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and optimization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Data Architecture & Modeling
- Develop high-quality conceptual and logical data models that accurately represent enterprise-wide data requirements across multiple domains.
- Translate logical models into optimized physical data designs for various platforms, including transactional systems, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Explore and evaluate emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data design and analytics.
- Produce clear documentation and present data solutions to stakeholders for validation and approval.
- Support the standardization and reuse of data through shared APIs and consistent design practices.
- Align technical data definitions with business terminology within data cataloging tools.
- Ensure all data solutions adhere to organizational standards and long-term technology strategies.
- Work closely with database administrators, architects, and domain experts to build scalable and maintainable data models.
- Promote reuse of existing enterprise data models to reduce duplication and improve efficiency across initiatives.
