Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Buyer to join a growing small to medium sized manufacturing company based in Limerick.

Buyers coming from an industrial manufacturing or machining type industry are preferred but not essential!This is an excellent opportunity for a Buyer with 5–10 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and help shape the purchasing function across two manufacturing sites.This job will suit an ambitious and motivated Buyer that is looking for growth into a leadership roleKey Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiations
• Source materials for manufacturing operations
• Manage RFQs and purchase orders through the ERP system
• Support purchasing across two sites
• Identify cost savings and supply chain improvements
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams

Requirements

• 5–10 years purchasing or supply chain experience
• Manufacturing or engineering environment experience
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• ERP experience (M1 preferred but not essential)
• Ambitious and motivated to grow into a leadership role
