Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and sustaining engineering support within a manufacturing environment
• Identify, recommend, and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance:
• Product quality
• Manufacturing efficiency
• Yield and cost-effectiveness
• Lead the development, optimisation, and transfer of new manufacturing processes, including:
• Feasibility studies and concept development
• Material and equipment selection
• Tooling, fixtures, and installation
• Collaborate closely with product design and R&D teams to ensure alignment between product requirements and manufacturing capabilities
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis, including statistical evaluation and process validation, to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and measurement systems
• Ensure all processes and procedures comply with regulatory and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce innovative manufacturing technologies

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Significant experience in process engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Manufacturing processes and equipment
• Process validation and statistical analysis
• Regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, ISO standards)
• Proven ability to:
• Lead technical projects and deliver results
• Analyse complex data and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage
