Project Planner

Project Planner – Data Centre Projects (Europe Rotation) - Copenhagen

We are looking for an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of major Data Centre projects across Europe. This role operates on a 3:1 or 10:4 rotation, with the initial assignment based in Copenhagen.

You will play a key role in driving programme performance from preconstruction through to final handover, ensuring schedules are robust, realistic, and aligned with on-site delivery. This position requires strong technical planning capability, confident stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and continuously update integrated project schedules aligned with scope, milestones, and resource strategies
• Establish and maintain baseline programmes, monitoring progress and identifying critical path risks
• Conduct regular site engagement to gather live progress data and ensure programme accuracy
• Lead and facilitate planning workshops with project teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
• Proactively identify delays or inefficiencies and recommend mitigation or acceleration strategies
• Integrate design changes, scope variations, and commercial impacts into the master schedule
• Produce clear, data-driven progress reports for project leadership and executive teams
• Support risk analysis and scenario planning to protect key milestones
• Develop and maintain short-term lookahead programmes to support site execution
• Ensure planning documentation and programme controls are maintained in line with company standards

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project planning on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Prior experience delivering Data Centre projects is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex programme data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English (C2 level – written and spoken)
• EU citizenship or unrestricted EU travel rights
