Site Agent

Design Build Search is seeking a Site Agent on behalf of our client, a leading civil contractor who operates throughout Ireland.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Your Role Will Include:

• Promoting and upholding the highest HSQE standards on-site at all times
• Reviewing construction work packages prior to execution
• Overseeing daily site operations and supervising site teams
• Identifying and advising on commercial risks and opportunities
• Coordinating with internal departments and external partners
• Managing accurate site documentation and records
• Supporting project planning, design input, and stakeholder engagement
• Keeping senior management informed on project progress and challenges

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in a Site Agent or Site Management role
• Background in civil engineering or water infrastructure projects
• Valid and current health & safety training certifications
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southeast
