Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Lehenaghmore Cork. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, handling inbound calls, maintaining records, scheduling bookings , and managing front desk operations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting administration tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients who visit or contact Dineen Crash Repairs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and scheduling.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Clerical Skills, such as data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in relevant office software and ability to learn company systems.
