An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Construction Project Manager to support a major expansion of a global R&D facility in Cork

.This role requires a highly hands-on, site-focused Project Manager who can bridge the gap between construction, facilities, and enterprise technology teams. You'll oversee the delivery of all IT, network, security, structured cabling, and AV infrastructure, ensuring technology requirements are fully integrated into the construction programme from design through to commissioning and operational readiness

. Key Responsibiliti

• esLead technology infrastructure delivery across the full project lifecycl
• e.Coordinate enterprise network, wireless, WAN, structured cabling, MDF/IDF, security, and AV deployment
• s.Review architectural drawings, low-voltage designs, and engineering documentatio
• n.Ensure technology requirements are embedded into construction milestones and site readiness plan
• s.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, project schedules, and reportin
• g.Coordinate multiple technology vendors, contractors, system integrators, and delivery team
• s.Support site inspections, commissioning activities, testing, and technology acceptanc
• e.Act as the key on-site liaison between IT, facilities, engineering, construction teams, and business stakeholder
