We’re now looking for a passionate Part‑Time Beauty Consultant to bring the Elizabeth Arden experience to life on counter.

The Role

As a Beauty Consultant, you are the face of Elizabeth Arden - inspiring customers, delivering exceptional service, and turning expertise into unforgettable moments. You’ll create excitement around our products, drive sales, and ensure our counter always reflects the prestige of the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering outstanding, personalised customer service every day
• Showcasing expert product knowledge across skincare, colour and fragrance
• Performing RDSE services with confidence and care
• Driving retail sales and achieving counter targets as part of a team
• Promoting Elizabeth Arden through storytelling, demonstrations and relationship‑building
• Motivating, supporting and working collaboratively with colleagues
• Representing the brand with professionalism, warmth and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for beauty and skincare
• Proven retail or customer‑facing experience (minimum 1 year)
• Confidence in delivering sales results and working to targets
• A natural people‑person who loves advising and delighting customers
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused mindset
• Enthusiasm, drive and pride in being part of a premium brand
