Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and remote teams to understand requirements, plan, and deliver robust software solutions.
• Design, execute, and review test cases for new features and changes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts; contribute to framework improvements.
• Conduct complex system, functional, and black box testing; verify end-to-end workflows.
• Lead and mentor testers, ensuring compliance with R&D quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and validation for prototypes and finished products.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes and technical decision-making.
• Analyze test metrics and manage defects through industry-standard tools.

About You

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years’ software testing experience, including 2+ years with automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, TestComplete).
• Strong programming skills (ideally C#).
• Experience with web application, API, and database testing (including SQL scripting).
• Proficient with defect, requirements, and test management tools (TFS, ADO, HP ALM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce and improve test practices and processes.
