Role Description
This is a part-time remote Salesperson role (commission based trial period). The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, and closing deals. Key duties include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active collaboration with the team to develop strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, customer engagement, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and territory management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Knowledge of renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with some on-site meetings and remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
