This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our focus on employee development ensures that you’ll have a well-rounded training experience, and the Customer Assistance Representative role offers fantastic progression opportunities via our in-house training and development roadmap. As you complete each task on the training roadmap you will mark your progress, and your understanding and competence in that area will be assessed and accredited by your leadership team. There will be lots of different knowledge checks and activities along the way, so you’ll always be taking the next step in your learning with us. On your completion of the roadmap (which usually takes around 10 months), you will earn your first promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative, and the development opportunities don’t stop there! You’ll then be eligible to join our leadership development programme where you will learn more about Fleet Logistics and Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations, working towards a further promotion to Lead Customer Assistance Representative and earning bonuses as you build your skills to prepare you for management opportunities and future career growth with Enterprise. Hours 40 per week Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00 Location Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Ballysheedy, Ashville, Co. Limerick, V94 D5D1, Ireland Responsibilities As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our operations through your excellent administration skills and close attention to detail, using our systems to manage a fleet of commercial vehicles. You’ll gain responsibility for developing new business, building on current relationships, and helping to run a profitable business through focusing on revenue opportunities and cost controls.   We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn about sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management. Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to work with local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision makers. Key Tasks/responsibilities Include

  • Building customer relationships

  • Marketing the business and building long term relationships

  • No Driving Licence is required for this role – Just the ability to commute to and from the office
  • Business standard IT skills, including Microsoft Excel & Outlook

  • Experience of handing customer service enquiries via email, phone and in person
  • The ability to pass a security check that includes Criminality, Financial and Employment References
