Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Dublin/Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office) Department: IT & Digital Transformation Reports To: Head of IT & Digital Transformation

Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst to join an IT Operations team. This role involves defining process maps and working with developers to implement solutions.

Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics platform (CRM & Business Central) along with the ability to create data views, Data QA and interrogate data is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide process mapping for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Business Central, and SharePoint applications.
• Provide customisation of views, tiles, ribbons, and profiles within Microsoft Business Central
• Perform data validation and data migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity between applications
• Understand Business Applications from a business process/transactions perspective.
• Document and maintain business application support procedures and best practices.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and documentation for end users on various applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other business users and IT team members to implement and maintain application solutions.
• Work with business users and our development partners to prioritise user stories and opportunities for business optimisation / improvements.

Experience / Role Requirements:

• Proven customisation experience with Microsoft business applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Business Central).
• Strong knowledge of data validation and data migration processes.
• Experience in providing training support on applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft applications are a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BA role.
