Senior Project Engineer

Position: Senior Project EngineerRole Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee project scoping, commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute engineering projects within budget and schedule.
• Scope and gain capital approval for new projects.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
• Manage cost estimates, schedules, reporting, and risk.
• Coordinate with departments, suppliers, and service providers.
• Drive constructability and operability reviews.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and close deviations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ project engineering/management experience in pharma, biotech, or similar.
• Strong C&Q and validation knowledge.
• Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
