Verification Engineer

A great opportunity for a skilled Verification Engineer to work for a globally leading Semiconductor company who are growing their CPU and GPU Silicon teams at their R&D Centre in Cork.

Responsibilities

• Developing tests for performance verification
• Debugging and analyzing performance and architecture bottlenecks in the GPU designs until coverage and performance goals are achieved
• Developing and deploying new verification methodologies around performance verification and emulation is an essential part of the work you will do.
• HW-SW co-verification, simulation, simulation-acceleration, emulation, benchmark analysis, big-data analytics are all tools in our verification toolbox you will use on a daily basis.

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience
• Verification skills: Test planning, Scripting, Simulation, problem solving and debug.
• System Verilog, UVM, Verilog or VHDL, C/C++ skills required.
• Constrained random, Functional Coverage development, design debug experience required.
