Recruitment Consultant/ Labour Manager ( Hybrid )

Falcon Green, one of the largest construction recruitment firms in Ireland, are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our office in Cork (Hybrid)

Salary: €40K-€45K + generous commission structure DOE

The Role: we ideally require an individual with recruitment experience and an understanding of construction to screen candidates, format CVs, post high quality adverts, attract candidates via LinkedIn, and build relationships with our clients.

The Candidate: We are looking for a self-starter who can take a brief and work on it themselves, take initiative, demonstrate a curious mindset, a willingness to learn and develop, and is motivated by the prospect of earning significant quarterly bonuses.
