Senior Project Manager – Fill Finish Projects

Deliver complex capital projects within sterile fill-finish manufacturing environments, supporting expansion and new facility builds. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, on-time, and within-budget project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of fill-finish CAPEX projects (aseptic processing, equipment, facilities)
• Lead installation and qualification of key systems including filling lines, isolators, and utilities
• Drive project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, cleanroom, and validation standards
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders across project phases

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 10–15+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project delivery
• Strong experience in sterile/aseptic fill-finish manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated expertise in CQV, cleanrooms, and GMP compliance
