Store Manager
Location: Wilton, Cork
Salary: €37,000 - €40,000 per annum
Bonus: Up to €5,000 KPI Bonus annually
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a busy retail store in Wilton, Cork. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, and driving store performance through excellent customer service and strong team management.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational standards, delivering sales targets, and creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Manage stock control and inventory processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and lead from the front
- Ensure high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements where required
- Foster a positive and productive team culture
Requirements
- Significant retail management experience
- Proven track record of leading and developing successful retail teams
- Strong experience managing sales performance and KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Highly organised with strong operational management experience
- Hands-on approach with the ability to motivate staff and drive results
- Passion for customer service and delivering an excellent in-store experience
