The Dispatch & Operations Manager oversees daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient scheduling, routing, and coordination of vehicles, equipment, and field staff. The role focuses on operational efficiency, team leadership, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch schedules and route planning
• Monitor real-time operations and resolve issues or delays
• Lead, train, and support dispatch and field teams
• Coordinate communication between operations, drivers, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Maintain accurate records using dispatch and tracking systems
• Drive continuous process improvement

Skills & Experience

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operational coordination
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management systems

Working Hours & Location

• Onsite role - Dublin 12
• Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm / 3:30pm (based on operational needs)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required
