These firms offer strong infrastructure, excellent operational support, and, in most cases, established client books, allowing advisors to focus on delivering quality financial planning and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

You will work with clients to provide tailored financial advice across areas such as:

• Retirement and pension planning
• Investment and wealth management
• Protection and financial security
• Long-term financial planning for individuals and families
• Supporting HNW clients with more complex planning needs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Delivering holistic financial planning advice tailored to individual needs
• Managing and developing client portfolios over time
• Working closely with internal support teams to deliver strong client outcomes
• Ensuring all advice is delivered in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Financial Advisor minimum with additional relevant qualifications (e.g. CFP full/part) advantageous.
• Experience providing financial advice within Ireland
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes
• Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
