The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of Forvis Mazars’ marketing and business development activities through the creation of high-quality visual, video and digital content.

This role will focus primarily on designing, creating and editing content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, events and employer branding initiatives. Working alongside the graphic designer, digital marketing team and wider marketing function, the successful candidate will help bring marketing campaigns to life through compelling creative assets and engaging visual storytelling.

The role also provides support across events, campaign delivery and general marketing activities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad marketing skillset while specialising in content creation and creative production.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content and creative assets

• Design and produce creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, presentations and events.
• Create graphics, animations, infographics and branded marketing materials in line with Forvis Mazars brand guidelines.
• Edit and produce video content for social media, employer branding, campaigns and events.
• Adapt existing content into multiple formats and specifications for different channels and audiences.
• Support photography and video production activities where required.
• Source and manage imagery, video and other creative assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Maintain a library of creative assets and marketing collateral.

Support digital marketing and social media activity

• Create content for organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Develop visual and video assets that drive engagement across digital channels.
• Support website and campaign content updates.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Stay up to date with emerging content trends, social platforms and creative best practice.

Support campaigns and events

• Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create event collateral including invitations, presentations, signage, email assets and digital displays.
• Provide support before, during and after marketing events.
• Capture content at events for use across social media and future campaigns.

Support the wider marketing team

• Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, business development and service line teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives when required.
• Contribute new creative ideas and content concepts to support firm-wide objectives.
• Support additional marketing and business development activities as required.

Ideal CandidateEssential

• 2 plus years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a marketing, content creation, graphic design or digital marketing role.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns and websites
• Experience editing video content for digital channels.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering consistent visual communications.
• Experience in a professional services, agency or in-house marketing environment is desirable.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, content creation and/or video editing work.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practice.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
